Policies

All arrivals incur AUD$1.20 per night Tourism Development Levy which has been included in the room rates.

Child Policy:
~ Children 0-4 years are Free of Charge;
~ Children 12 years and over are charged full rate.

Cancellation Policy:
~ 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
~ 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
~ 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
~ No show: 100% of booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
